Delivery service for premium meats, seafood, groceries, wine and liquor in Roatan and Bay Islands

Delivery & Shipping Policy

For our deliveries, we use our own delivery vehicles and also work with third‑party delivery services. It is very important that your address and contact information are clear and accurate. Please keep in mind that Roatán does not have exact street addresses, so being able to contact you by phone is essential to ensure successful delivery of your order.

 

Delivery is included at no additional cost for orders over $150 in products. Orders under this amount will incur a $15 delivery fee, which will be added to your order at checkout to cover shipping costs.

 

Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) to qualify for same‑day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on a following day. If you prefer delivery on a specific date, please indicate it in the order comments section at checkout.

 

If you choose the In‑Store Pickup option, there are no delivery limitations. Orders can be picked up during our business hours:
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Please note that we close for one hour at midday.

 

For orders to Utila and Guanaja, the customer is responsible for paying the ferry shipping fee directly to the ferry company, subject to their established rates. Customers must provide a valid phone number and a national ID number or passport number at the time of placing the order.

 

Ferry companies require this information on a mandatory basis in order to process and provide shipping services. Orders missing this information may experience delays or may not be shipped.

  • If your order qualifies for free delivery, shipping will be included only up to the ferry terminal.
  • If your order does not qualify for free delivery, a $10 fee will be charged for delivery up to the ferry terminal.

 

Shipments to Utila are made on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders must be placed at least one day in advance. Deliveries are made through Dream Ferries.

 

Shipments to Guanaja are available Fridays only. Orders must be placed a minimum of one day in advance for processing. Deliveries are made via Galaxy Wave or another transportation service requested and coordinated by the customer via phone or email.
