- This website provides an estimate only. Your official Honduran Tax Authority (SAR) invoice will be issued by our warehouse.
- Products sold by the pound will be slightly less than calculated by the website, and the difference will be deducted from your credit card charge.
- Currently, we deliver only in the Municipality of Roatan, and to the ferry docks for Utila, Guanaja and La Ceiba.
- Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to Santos Guardiola
- Our site is hosted by GoDaddy and uses Stripe payment gateway to assure your data security.
- Our goal is to deliver your orders on the same day as they were made.
- If there is a specific time window you would like us to deliver, please note that in the shipping comments field.
- Order receipt to delivery will generally be 3-4 hours.
- Same day delivery cutoff is 2:00 PM local time .
- We currently do not deliver on Sunday. Orders received after 2 PM on Fridays will be delivered on Saturday before noon.
- Orders received after 4:00 PM on Fridays, and orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered until Monday.
- The order cutoff times for the Utila Dream ferry is: 9:30 AM.
- If we are unable to deliver your order because we do not catch you at home, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- We will contact you when order leaves so you will be ready to receive it.
